We take the drawings and specifications, involves our estimating staff as well as a large product installation, number of subcontractors and suppliers and produces the best cost and schedule for the project. All the numbers are based on the plans that are provided. If there are points of disagreement as the project moves ahead due to changes or different interpretations of the plan, we work with the client to resolve them.
