We listen carefully to our clients so we can make recommendations that will facilitate the construction process efficiently and effectively. This helps the client to choose the delivery system that is best for them leading to a more pleasant construction experience for everyone. Choosing the right delivery system lays the foundation for a positive, long-term relationship.

Through experience, we have discovered that certain delivery systems lend themselves to certain projects. By thoroughly discussing a project with the client, we can determine together what the best plan of action is. Sometimes the decision is straightforward, sometimes it is not. PROJECT DIRECTOR, DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Mohammed graduated with a M.Sc. in Environmental Design (Architecture) at the University of Lagos, Akoka in 2007. He has worked on various project prototypes mainly Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Adaptive Re-use and Recreational schemes. He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and a Chartered Architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

Hon. Ibrahim Bala Hassan
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ibrahim graduated with a B.A. in International and Comparative Politics from the American University of Nigeria, Yola in 2007. Ibrahim also bagged executive certificates in International Affairs, Policy Making, Community Organization and Advocacy from the Graduate Institute Of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. Ibrahim is a versatile and hard-working person with a practical hands-on approach, who always preserves to achieve the best results. He is able to collect and analyze information, digest facts/figures and grasp complex technical issues. He has excellent negotiation and Problem-solving skills and swiftly identifies the root of any problem and develops effective solutions.

Damilola Adesina (ECOSPHERE CONSULTING)
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

Damilola Adesina is a thought leader with over 15 years’ experience in the policy, strategy and operationalization of safeguards across key sectors such as Power, Mining, Housing, Manufacturing and Infrastructural Development. He has coordinated several ESIAs, ESMPs, ESMFs, RAPs, CDAs and Environmental Audits. He is proficient in the application of the Environmental and Social Safeguards requirements of Development Financial Institutions such as AfDB, IFC, World Bank, AFC etc. Furthermore, his vast experience in Nigeria has enabled him to benchmark country systems against DFI requirements thereby enabling him to successfully execute tasks across 35 states of the federation including the FCT and across the border up to Cameroon. Over the years, He has been actively involved in capacity building for officers in Mines Environmental Compliance Department at the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.

Sati Beda
COST CONSULTANT

Beda Sati is a Quantity Surveyor who renders services to both private and public sector with over 10 years’ working experience. He obtained his Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa. He is in pursuit of membership with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). He has participated in numerous delivery projects to the client satisfaction. He is presently a Technical Officer with the Estate and Works Department at Kaduna State College of Education, Kafanchan, Kaduna.

Caleb Ogundele, MNSE, COREN
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Caleb Ogundele completed his postgraduate studies in Civil Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria in 2015. He has handled various delivery projects that involve precise engineering design, quality control and actual construction supervision management in various building types and infrastructure. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and duly registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. (COREN).

Adeniyi Adetoro completed his graduate studies in Electrical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1992. He is a seasoned engineer with vast experience on electrical infrastructure, rural electrification and alternative energy. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and duly registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Abdul-Jabbar is a graduate with B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Abuja. He has worked in various business sectors including Research &Development, Education and Information Technology.

Tayo Taiwo (XPLOITS CONSULTING)
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

Tayo Taiwo has over 15 years’ experience in the implementation of safeguards in critical sectors of the Nigerian Economy such as Energy, Mining and Infrastructural Development. He has coordinated several ESIAs, ESMPs, EPRPs CDAs and Environmental Audits. He is versatile in the use Safeguards instruments of Development Financial Institutions such as AfDB and the World Bank. He has been actively involved in Environmental Advisory Services to Federal Ministry of Environment, Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development as well as a number of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises across the Nigerian Landscape. Of recent he has coordinated Sustainability Events in the FCT with focus on E-Waste Management and Women and Girl Development as part of Xploits Consulting Ltd sustainability series in 2020. He is a member of the International Association of Impact Assessment (IAIA) through its Nigerian Affiliate, the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES).

Qs AbdulGafar Bolaji Adepoju, RQS, MNIQS
COST CONSULTANT

AbdulGafar graduated with HND Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Building from Prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management in 2016 from Kaduna State University. He has worked on various projects ranging from residential to commercial both at Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Stages. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (NIQS) and also a Registered Quantity Surveyor with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN).

COST CONSULTANT

Hafiz Habib Umar is a Quantity Surveyor and a Project Manager in private sector with over 10 years’ experience and teaching experience in higher institution of learning. He graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Associate Member Global Institute of Project Management, and a Chartered Project Manager. He has been actively involved in various project delivery. He is presently a Lecturer in Technical Education Department at Kaduna State College of Education, Kafanchan, Kaduna.

Tajudeen Shittu graduated with a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria in 1985. He has over thirty (30) years’ working experience in mechanical infrastructure projects that involve complex project execution and administration. He is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and duly registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. (COREN). He is also an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Emaeyak Umoh graduated with B.Sc Geology from University of Calabar, Cross River State. He has more than 15 years experience as an ICT Consultant, Web Architect, Support Service Personnel, Data Analyst and Brand/Identity Developer. He has worked with various corporate organizations all over the world as a Consultant in Media and Comunications. He is also a Google Certified Digital Marketer, Scrum Mastery and currently a Front End Developer/Expert in one of the prestigious web development companies in Europe.
